Directions: Take 5 capsules with an 8 oz glass of water 1-2 times daily. If you are over 215 lbs you may take up to 8 capsules, 2 times per day, not to exceed 16 capsules in 24 hours.
On workout days: Take the capsules 30-60 minutes prior to workout. It is recommended that you drink ten 8 oz glasses of water daily. Please read entire label before use and follow directions carefully.
